Meanwhile the bats had flown our heros (crokett, thom and Black Wallnut) back from Rod Kirby's shop and to their hideout in Wayne Manor. The shot was their arch-enemy Stan "The Marlboro Man" taking potshots.

Suddenly, the doorbell rang. Loring ran to open it and discovered it was the cable repairman, which caused his razor-sharp scientific mind to deduce that it must be sometime between 10:00am and 4:00pm.
