1/16" seems like a lot, but I checked it twice and that's the number I come up with.
YOu can get probably get brass or other shim sheets from... -

I don't know of a direct adjustment of fence face to table perpendicularity. Never tried to adjust it.

It cost me a few bucks, but I bought a 33/64" drill bit to make holes in a working storage base to put my bits while changing them often for a job....

yeah, that's probably the better solution. Still I hope the info about bearing and screw sizes is of use for someone. They are largely standardized.
