    Craftsman 6 1/8 Jointer $104.97 Tampa

I left the Citrus Park Sears with one boxed unit @ 5:00pm EDT. The floor model remained. Just a heads up for anyone interested.

Great deal, I would assume. Which model was it?
    Thanks,

      Model 21760

This is last years model without the switches being above the planing surface. You will NOT find it on the Sears website. The MODEL NUMBER IS 21706 - Sorry

Man, that's a good buy. Regularly $399 is the best I've seen.

As in the cast iron stationary model for $105?! ...Wow! A bonafide gloat there!

            I called the store and bought it - $105 + 2 years in-my-home repair for $30.
I have 30 days to pick it up
            OR
they would ship it for $65 (230#, according to my info)

Would you mind posting a copy of the receipt. It would be easier to get a price match at a local sears if I had documentation. Thanks. That is a great buy!

I won't be going down to pick it up for another 2 weeks or so...
I think Sears said they won't going to charge my card until I pick it up, but maybe this will help -

                  Sales Slip # 012555517673
                  Part # 21706

I had to use Google to find specs and pics since it is not a current offering (I think it looks like the "Sears item #00921705000" except the power switch isn't on a stalk above the table).

I was also able to get a floor model for $104.97 + tax in Paramus, NJ, but it was the last one.

                      Yes!

Snagged the only one, new and in the box, at Sears Hardware in Florissant, MO. Two of the mall stores had none, and two didn't answer the phone.

I just checked in the Bellevue store in in Wa state - and none local has any in stock (Seattle, Everett, Bellingham or even Porland OR). If anyone sees one going lonely here in the PW .. let me know !

                        thx

I was running some errands at lunch and was by Sears so I figured I'd stop in and check. They had one. Now they don't.

                            Good grab!

Great buy to those of you that got them. I have searched Phoenix, Tucson and Flagstaff and can't find one. I just happened to be in the market for a jointer when I saw the post and got ALL excited! Oh well, better luck next time I guess!
