    As a newbie, I am blown away too...

    I felt bad about his wife being in the accident, and now this. I hope that your family overcomes the grief and finds some solid ground. You and your family will be in my prayers.

          I got tied up and misseed one of the most important posts and news. I am sorry that I missed it and although I will miss his posts, I celebrate his life and joy that he had in sharing his wisdom and knowledge. Monte I hope that you enjoy the great shop that you are in where every cut is accurate and every measurement is precise. I will miss you.

                To Monte's Family;

                You have lost a dear member of your family and all of us have lost a friend with Monte's passing. Monte and my birthdays are just one year and a day apart. And we are both "retired Engineers", his being active, mine being right around the corner. Because of that I felt a special tie to Monte. I truly will miss him and his input to this forum. The place can't possibly be the same without his cheerful and always thoughtful comments. He was a true gentlemen. I wish I could have met him.

                Like everyone here, I too wish all of you peace in this terrible time.
