The one I'm working on now is going to be about 1/8" lower (about 38") than the top of my BT3100 so it can do double duty as an outfeed table. I've used the table on the saw for a couple years now but have been finding it crowded at times so I'm making a stand alone table.

Decided to build a dedicated router table, and it's going to end up at about 39 in. - I'm 6ft, and that should be just about right. I've used my 21829 accessory table a bunch, and (with a new fence I made from some leftover 3/4in melamine) it has done a great job - but can't handle my raised panel bits.
I like these tools stands for this price - put a bunch of my other benchtop stuff on a few (DP & BS, OSS & 12"DS, RAS, TP, etc.) The nice thing is, the legs have a small bottom piece that allows for height adjustment; I'll start at the shortest setting (26in) which gives me my 39" total height; if that feels low, I can go up to 42" or 45".
Mine is 35 3/4 - the same as most other surfaces in my shop since my 21829 is 36". I can and do use everything else as an infeed/outfeed/support surface.
My workbench is 34" in part because I do like that a bit lower and in part because I built it before I bought the saw. It still works as a support surface with strategically placed 2 by cutoffs.
My shop is only about 10' x 11', so I need to make use of every surface I can - though many boards end up going out the door...

I didn't even look at the date and dutifully went out and measured.
Anyway, mine is 36.75" and I'm 6'0" tall. I think it is easier to see if it is a little lower, my old one was at 40.75 which I only know because I made the new one 4" shorter.

Well, it sent me an update notification and reminded me that I haven't poked my head in here in a very long time. So much for my productivity this morning.
Oh yeah, my router top is at 40" and after a couple years of use I find that to be perfect for nearly everything. Working with very large items is the only small exception; it could be lower for that. But I rarely do it.
