    Order placed, 2 sets.
    Thank you Brian
Nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain't you. You're better than that! -Rocky Balboa-

Agreed. Even on regular shipments shipping eats into profits pretty good but as long as I'm above board I don't mind. With this deal I would be so far upside down I just can't do it.

Thanks for the heads up on the sale, Brian.

Whenever I deal with someone, I like to think both of us came out alright. I had taken the 10% discount, so please feel free to add it back to order 4219.

I'd like to return my 10% discount as well

          4235

I payed via paypal, I'm not sure what the easiest way to return that discount is.

Brian, I also took the extra 10% on the 2 sets I ordered, order number 4210. If you can reverse the discount, please do so, or let me know how to repay you. The sets are a great deal at $20 each. Don't want to take advantage of you, or put the quash on any more deals in the future.

Also appreciate your being upfront with the problems. Had some retail stores years ago, and I know you can't make it up with volume.

Hope things can be worked out ok for those north of the border.

I appreciate you folks wanting to give back the discount but it's not necessary. I should have thought about it up front.

My objective was to move a bunch of these sets and I'm doing that. Thank you all who have participated so far and tracking numbers will go in some time today.

Brian, I am looking at placing an order tommorrow, as I am getting ready to head into work now.

It will have both those, and your six piece straight set, is the code fixed, or do I need to email you my order info?

Also do you have a spiral bit set?

                  Thanks

I got my set today. But I ordered 1/4" by mistake. I had put 1/2" into the order page but must have rolled my mouse wheel while it was still highlighted and it went back to 1/4" without me noticing. So, I just ordered another set and made sure it was correct. I'll either use the 1/4's or give them to my son, who has my older Craftsman 1/4" router. At least I told LOML that I made a mistake. ;-)

Thought I'd lend my support as well.

New to the forum. Took me a week to realize this is a Ryobi that we're all taking about, when I just purchased a Ridgid 3650. Great Forum none the less.

Just purchased an entry level GMC ATBR1500 <no flames please >

                          Thanks Holbren.

                            Wow - thanks Brian

Just checked in after having order 2 sets, I took the discount because I thought it was "appropriate". After seeing some of the posts, I wanted to return the extra discount. Now, after seeing Brian's response, a truly customer focused response, I've a simple solution. I'm just going to order a whole lot more from Holbren. Thank you for a great deal and for great customer service!

                                LOL...

I love the offer and ordered 2 of them as well, but at different times. I didn't realize it until I looked at the receipt later that I hadn't clicked the 1/2 shank option on the second set. I guess I'll have to get a trim router or use the 1/4" collet on those.

Thanks for the bits, Brian. And don't be an idiot like me, check your orders over well before you click "purchase!"
