      Wow, there sure are a lot of vets here. I figured there would be a good number of us, but not this many.

      For anyone who doesn't think they are a vet due to time served, that is B.S. If you wore the uniform for even one day, you are a vet and you should be proud to say it.

            US Air Force 1966 - 1970 Vietnam Veteran. Thanks to all that served or those that supported any Veteran. Sometimes we forget those who stay home and support us.

                        I'm no young fellow but you retired the year before I went on active duty. I retired from the Navy in 1991.

                          Army, 67-71, crew chief/door gunner on B-model Huey gunships, vacationed in Vietnam, while it was fun (at time) while there, looking back I can't say it would be a good place for a honeymoon or anything.
