Simple update as of 7am December 26th.

Jan has not improved but she has not declined either. We continue to pray for her full recovery - her 15% probability to become a certainty through our God.

Thanks for all your support and specifically your prayers.

          Jim

Unfortunately I have no good news to share but I again appreciate the support.

The neurologist informed us yesterday that the original 5% probability of recovery was inaccurate and it is not medically possible for Jan to recover to anything better than a vegetative state. That would require surgery that would ensure that state and we have elected not to do that. Jan would not have wanted it.

Our only hope is a miracle similar to Jesus raising Lazarus from the dead. We hope for that miracle but do not sense it will occur.

Legal death is predicted within 24 to 48 hours as of our last update. Deterioration of Jan's brain stem, the only functioning portion of her central nervous system, has occurred since that update. We will get an upate in a few minutes but I think it will just be a better timeline.

I really appreciate the support and will inform you until the end. Thanks so much for your prayers.

                                Jim
