    Pretty Good Weekend

Friday I got 6 yards of base material delivered - some for the pool and some for the dog pen. Saturday I was on load number 8 with the wheelbarrow when my new neighbor came over. He'd had some top soil delivered and wanted to know if I wanted his BIL to bring his tractor over to move my stuff for me when they got done. After moving it all, the BIL refused any payment.

By about 3:00 Saturday I had the pool base in and leveled, a new floor on the dog run and a new base for the play area. I was way ahead of where I thought I'd be so I got a case of beer and went to finally really meet the new neighbors.

What a great way to meet new neighbors! If your neighbors turn out as well as mine, it will make life a lot easier to live.

I know a guy who brews his own beer. He also makes his own 'shine from time to time. I had some. Only once. I swear that stuff will take paint off a car.
