    Gifts From A Neighbor...

A neighbor of mine who is into battery driven tools and vehicles, gave me some "shop gadgets" he made on his newly acquired 3D printer. The orange ones are pretty obvious, but the blue one is a real poser. He says the numbers on the blue thingy are meaningless. I am at a complete loss as to what it is and he challenged me to figure it out. Any ideas? I don't want to cave and confess I can't figure it out.

Uh I was on my way out to a poker game... missed the blue pics and the comment about the orange ones being easy.

But I've been looking at them and am puzzled, too. I'm thinking some kind of wrench or bottle opener.

Interesting, but what do I know about such mysteries. I think Loring got the orange objects right, but the blue thingy? My guess would be that it's a jug opener/wrench or it's to measure pasta one serving or two?

My first guess is that the blue thingie is for boiling eggs.

Maybe the blue gizmo is supposed to have grippy rubber material glued to the inside edge and is for twisting off beer bottle caps when your hands are sore after a long day of sanding?

The neighbor did say he did not draw/create these items, but downloaded the CAD drawings from the internet.

Outstanding! Thank You. I tried a Google image search several times and all I got back were hits about nuts on various topics. $28 marked down from $59???? Really???

I don't think that is US dollars. The language is flagged as Portuguese but the Portuguese use Euros. But Brazilians use Portuguese (about the only very large country to use Portuguese, really) too and the Brazil currency is Reals, which R$28 would make sense. So 0.19 USD to a Brazilian Real. $R28 is US $5.34 and R$59.50 is US $11.30
