I didn't even consider marine use. As for kiln dried, it has got to be pretty costly. Consider that after treatment, the lumber is saturated. A much higher moisture content than a typical log. It would have to lengthen the drying process and therefore increase cost. It might be worth the added cost though for some projects for the stability.
I do a lot of things with treated lumber. Almost everything. It's almost a sure bet that it will warp some as it dries.
