I missed spots... I figure a couple more shots should get it done right...

I think this is the guide post guard. If I remember correctly, I had a heck of a time trying to figure out where my "extra" piece went. It's been several years since I built mine.

Aren't the instructions great? Maybe they should have sent the Chinese version with all machines just for extra fun.
      Y'all have a gooden...jes

That's the U shaped guard, and pretty useless if you ask me. I have given up on the L shaped gaurd. It is in a bucket of spare parts from things I have torn apart over the years...

The saw is together, and tuned up. It works great. The blade is a bit big for anything resembling a tight radius, but mods for it are coming...

        Riser block kit, on order.
Micro Adjuster roller bearing blade guides upper and lower, on order.
Timberwolf blades, must wait for the riser block and all first...
UHMW strips for building jigs, on order...

I have been using a melamine strip for a cobbled up resawing jig, and ripping pretty green oak on this thing. No belt slippage, no bogging, just cutting. I am not sure if the folks that complained about bogging / slipping were doing something wrong, or if I just got lucky... Then again, I have plenty of experience tightening belts... And this one is NO FUN... I really should have had a helper when I adjusted it...
