    Anyone have one of these?

I've heard a few good reviews and am tempted but the price.

I don't have that one, but I have a mirco adjust for my Bosch, and they are AWESOME. It's indicated in 1/256, which is about 0.004", I really love it. I rout my mortises, and it's perfect for aligning that very specifically. I think the bosch one is 35$ or so online (amazon), there is one for porter-cable, seen it at Rockler, 50$ I think there, might be cheaper online dunno.

I have the PC "NASA" guide and love it. Not that it helps with that specific fence, but as DP said, having a micro positioner is very handy.

that is pretty pricey - starts at $200 and goes up from there!

Yah I noticed. I saw a review on a mag which it got glowing reviews for because it's accurate to 1000th of an inch and great for making extremely tight dados. So I looked 'er up. But then I saw the price

I have a Dewalt router. Anyone use this one? Comments?

That's essentially a DeWalt version of the Bosch guide that Keith mentions. I also have the Bosch guide for my 1617, but don't have the one for my DeWalts. BTW, the Bosch guide will double as a trammel arm for circles up to about 18" diameter (I don't know whether the DeWalt guide will, too, but it's a handy feature).

Anyway ... about a year and a half ago, when I was ordering one of router guru Pat Warner's subbases for my DW621, I asked him whether he offered an edge guide that would fit same. His reply: "Amazing you ask for an edge guide, many others have too and I'm not clear why the 621 DW edge guide is not more popular."

That sounds like a pretty good endorsement, to me.

Sure is purdy. Probably worth having if the price was right. Looks like something my oral surgeon uses. Before you ask, he hasn't used a router (yet).

I have it and the circle jig and have had it three years. It works as advertised and I've never been disappointed.

I use it for mostly for cutting grooves for tongue & groove cabinets I build. It lets me place grooves precisely, anywhere I need them and I can get a snug fit on the second pass every time. I don't think I've used my dado blade since I bought it.

There's no tear out when using a spiral bit vs a groove cutting bit in the router table.

I have a similar one from PC that came with my router. I mostly use it for shelf dadoes, and it definitely does the job.

I have the one for the Dewalt also. Only used it 4-5 times so far, but it has worked as advertized. Been happy with the results so far.
