            If you have the latest version of IE Explorer look to the upper right side under the search field and it is the orange box icon between the home page and printer icon. If the site you are on has the capabilty (most do) the icon will be orange v. greyed out. You can set the refresh time to every fifteen minutes ... a lot of people use them for news sites or blogs, I use it mostly for bargains. Jeffery S. cruises the Amazon ... I cruise the CL and have found some great buys but you have to act pretty much on the spot.
