Thats not a workshop,Thats a Hangar
Mostly because the slab plan was "engineered" as required by the city code and was in everyone's opinion (except the engineer...) way way way over-engineered. The concrete contractor told me a typical "non-engineered" slab of this type would be about 30 yards of concrete ... one thing I can say ... "it ain't going anywhere!!"
With the rest of the slab at 5" thick, that is one **** of a slab. When you bolt down that building it should be near tornado proof!


for a couple of years now and I am blessed to be able to see it come to fruition.
