I parked both vehicles in the garage last night, I have at least 32"'s of clearance from the side of My truck to the outside wall. I was able to get in and move each vehicle without causing harm to either. I am now sure that I will be able to make something work. Bill

It will work, that's enough room to park most stuff under a long bench/counter top. You can have cabinets or other storage above. I worked out of a similar setup for years. Takes a little time to roll everything out and back and a little more organization but it can work.
