SWMBO wanted cabinets in the laundry room and the utility sink replaced with a cabinet and deep sink. I quickly figured out that hanging cabinetry 55" off the floor was way more than this 78 year old wanted to undertake alone. Luckily, she agreed to go to the cabinet shop that originally did our home when it was built. All I had to do was paint the room and remove the washer, dryer, and sink. The two guys from the cabinet shop did all of the installation today. Quite honestly, it would have taken me multiple days to do the install work. The three pictures show the laundry before, after painting, and after the installation was completed. The old utility sink goes to the local Habitat For Humanity's Restore second hand store.

One, Two.
I think you misplaced the Washer and Dryer. Too bad, I liked the Windows PC built into the lid of the washer.

If your only tool is a hammer, you tend to treat all problems as if they were nails.

Nice transformation, nothing wrong with paying others to do things that you could do but didn’t want to for obvious reasons. After finishing mowing the yard today with heat in high 90s and RH in 90%s I now believe the neighbor was smart when he purchased a robot lawn mower. Dang ingenious machine!Comment
