    Precision tilt jig

    For the Pinewood derby they recommend using a 2.5 degree camber for the wheels.
    I came up with this jig for tilting a workpiece precisely.

    This is the legs: The Right angle holder will mount to the left.
    With 8" legs and a 6-32" screw, I can get 0.244 degrees per turn. Its a piece of cake adjusting .01 degrees using my fingers to turn the Allen head cap screws. Just ran a standard 6-32 tap through a #36 drill bit.

    LOL. The last use I got out of my scroll saw was cutting the body out for an old college buddies sons Pinewood Derby car. I wish I had taken pictures. They painted it bright yellow and put a sticker from a bunch of Chiquita Bananas on it...
