This wonderful tool has everthing we want, good distance in front of the blade, good distance behind the blade, plenty of blade depth and a nice adjustable fence, it has wheels like I demand, plenty of horsepower, and for those with limited power in their shop it is the cats meow. It could use a blade guard, but if you want an outfeed table, just weld on another piece of tin. It probably gets 1000 boardfeet per gallon.

Interesting.... That was from a time when men were men, and "Stubby" was a pretty common name, I think.
I think this MUST be the table saw that influenced the developement of the RAS (the safer saw).
I see the table top appears to be pretty clean... but under the table next to the motor: Is that blood or just rust!
Now I'm not sure if you feed from the handle end (with the fence on the left) or from the other end (with the fence on the right), but if you feed with the fence on the right, as I'm used to, then the blade on backwards!
Either way, I think I'd pass on this one.

Its a good thing that they show the 2 extra blades, that could be a deal breaker for some.
I bet it was not intended as a table saw as we know them, rather a saw to cut the ends off of 2x4 studs by an operator standing next to the saw.

Where else can you get a 14" table saw with 5 HP for only $200?Loring in Katy, TX USA
If your only tool is a hammer, you tend to treat all problems as if they were nails.

Looks to be home made! Almost worth the $200 just to get that death trap off the market. Wonder what a a 1945 Briggs motor would be worth?Don, aka Pappy,
