yeah, you have to be patient and match up with someone who is specifically looking for a BT3 saw - then a good condition one with all the extras wil go far a reasonable price. If you want to sell it right away you'll have to price it at $100 and sell to someone just wanting to pick up a cheap saw and doesn't care what brand.
By patient I mean waiting until thanksgiving or more...
$100 and you saw will be gone in 2 weeks.
Parting out, it'll take you a month to sell 75% of the saw and another 6 montsh to be rid of the last piece plus headaches of disassembling, shipping and dealing with people who will be wishy washy and want to know it this peice will fit their saw.
Loring in Katy, TX USA
If your only tool is a hammer, you tend to treat all problems as if they were nails.

Patience and posting....
Part of the trouble posting for sale of large items here is shipping. We all live all over the place and getting stuff to or from other members isn't easy...Please like and subscribe to my YouTube channel. Please check out and subscribe to my Workshop Blog.Comment

I'm not positive, but I think he landed a sweet deal on a Unisaw, or PM66, something like that...
What I want to know is... Did the curtains go with the saw? Please like and subscribe to my YouTube channel. Please check out and subscribe to my Workshop Blog.Comment

Was that you posting a BT3K on Craigslist forever? There's an absurd glut of Tablesaws in Chicago region. I picked mine up for $80 including an outfeed and wide table kit back in July.
I only wish the same were true for non-9" bandsaws and dust collectors.
To illustrate my point: $350... before any negotiating.
