    Toys

Here are a few toys that I made for my great niece and nephews. Hopefully these pictures can give others with little kids in their family ideas for gifts. I don't think bigger kids would mind either (unless they live in the digital world ).

The trucks are follow up to this truck that I made two years ago. The two brothers now have three trucks (cabs) with one tanker, two flat beds and one low boy (all interchangeable)! I am hoping next year, I can mix and match to come up with different trailers.

The trucks and the animal train are from "The Great All American Wooden Toy Book" by Norm Marshall.

Beautiful work, Turaj. I wouldn't mind having one of those myself.

PS You wouldn't mind if I did some copying, would you? Thanks.

Thanks for all the kind words.

Loring, I am sure you will have fun making some of the projects from that book. One thing I really like about his designs (beside all the details) is how easily you can modify them.

Those are really cool and really well done. I always wanted to make toys like that for my kids when they were little, but never had time because they were little . I just had a nephew born last week so it looks like I'll be racing you guys to get the used copies of that book.

Loring, thanks for posting link. I didn't see Turaj' reference to a book in the original post.
