That's top notch! I don't think you'll find anyone who doesn't like it.

I posted a step-by-step here: http://www.thefrankes.com/wp/?p=1893 -- it does require a working knowledge of modeling software and vector graphics editing.

Also I turned a new handle for it. The screwdriver-style handle wasn't working out because it was hard to control the brand and keep it totally flat. So I grabbed a hunk of firewood and turned a shallow, fat mushroom-like handle which makes it a lot easier to hold and control. I'll grab a picture of it later if you all are interested.

That Alibre Design software kind of runs the cost factor up a bit... Would they work with Sketchup?

I think they have a free version, or you could use Blender, which is free.

I'll PM you with some additional info...

Holy Cheez Whiz... That will take me a while to figure out. They changed the interface from the version of Blender that I knew...

I have absolutely no idea! I'm doing a few others so I can get an idea of how long it takes and what all is involved. Meantime I've just been pointing people to my kids' educational wishlist and college fund when they want to tip me.

In any case, I'm happy to help where I can. I'll PM you.

                  Very nice indeed!!!

I really like the new designs over the "Mr. Peanut" that you originally posted. Both the new designs are definitely first class.

                  Thanks for the post,
