Illegal Fencing Operation

The wife requested a new fence to replace the post and rail fence that we inherited. She gave me a time frame and I was able to finish the fence, just need to complete the gate to call it done It’s Illegal since I obtained no permits
Here is the before pic.



And the After



I used cedar for the whole project, the hardest part was planing all the boards, and gluing up the posts to accommodate the joinery. I will post the final pics when the gate is completed and added.

Permits shouldn't be an issue since you were repairing an exixting fence, not building a new one. The repairs were just a but extensive! Nice work.
