Remove end cap from front rail on right side. Slide adjuster into the track insuring the locking screw is backed out enough to allow free movement. you will want to take this opportunity to vacuum out your front track.

Slide the adjuster over to where the fence will be, hook the right side of the fence head to the hook on the left side of the adjuster.

Looks like the seller also has the BT-Set Max https://www.ebay.com/itm/256310679646?itmmeta=01J2VE6M7PXDHC5ZBGW2X3NEXK&ha sh=item3bad4e985e:g:wkcAAOSwDupktymZ which is the larger imperial measurements version. As well as the metric micro...

The BT-Set Max installs and works the same way, it is just a larger constructed device. I opted for the bigger one simply for a usability perpective.

I have created a brief article for the installation of these micro adjusters. https://www.sawdustzone.org/articles...adjuster-setup

The same info I gave here, honestly just a copy paste, but it should remain available as an article.

Best of luck to all using these...

Thank you to Lchien and dbhost for this post. I took advantage of this information and picked one up off eBay. I was trying to center a tenon on the thickness the board, using the manual "tapping" method and kept over shooting on opposite sides of my desired position. The only precision part of my positioning was my ability to oscillate about the same distance on either side of my goal. Hopefully now I'll be able to zero in properly.

The best advice is to approach from one side. If you go back and forth you deal with a few thousandths backlash in the screw.
16 tpi means each quarter turn is 1/64 inch or .016" 16 mils.
to me it's easy to do 1/2 of a quarter turn four different length marked hash marks) and get under 10 mils accurate cut, better than 1/128th inch.
