Except the rain.. And I thought it rained a lot in the Willamette Valley! We don't have as many DAYS of rain here on coastal Texas as we did when I lived in Oregon, but it sure does rain a LOT harder when it does rain...

Now the valley is inland.... should try the coast, have to caulk the underside of the window trim because some days it rains up!

But it's summer now so not much rain until Halloween, then the start of another 70" or so.
