    BT3000 / Craftsman 315.221850 Table Saw Question

I recently purchased an older (probably about 12-15 yrs) Craftsman table saw, Model #315.221850, apparently a BT3000 clone (about 12-15 yrs old).

My goal is to learn how to make adjustments to the saw blade so that I get true square/90 degree cuts. Apparently the blade isn't 100% parallel. If standing if front of the blade (looking at the edge of the blade), the backside of the blade is slightly more to the left than the front, maybe 1/16th. I believe the blade is at a right angle to the table top, just skewed slightly (I guess that would be the X axis). I haven't been able to locate a user's manual by looking for a Craftsman nor Roybi.

Can anyone point me to a downloadable user's manual or explain how to adjust the blade to make it square and true?

    Thanks in advance,
    jd

The FAQ will help a lot. There are many discussions on alignment on the forums and a couple in the articles section. http://www.bt3central.com/forumdisplay.php?f=34
Be sure to take the last link in current section too.

This saw wasn't designed to have the blade absolutely perpendicular to the rails. The rip fence and sliding miter table are to be adjusted parallel to the blade.
