Finally, at last, after an inexcusably long delay, the drawings for my BT3x00 Dual-Width Extension Wing that were requested by several members are available.
There are five drawings in all, in PDF format, each sized to print out on a standard 8.5"x11" letter-sized page. If you'd like a set, send me a Private Message with your e-mail address.
WHAT YOU'LL GET: The five drawings showing the principle dimensions of the wing. Some notes and commentary describing what is and is not important about the design. Suggestions for the materials to use. Pointers about some of the issues you'll have to address in order to mount the wing on your saw.
WHAT YOU WON'T GET: A detailed cutlist, or any details illustrating the wing's construction. There are any number of ways to build this thing; you can readily see how I built the prototype by examining the pictures in the above-linked thread. The overall approach is, "However you build it, whatever materials you use, make it to these dimensions." This is something that will be well within the capabilities of any woodworker with even moderate skills and experience.
