Router in BT3 router table?

    There is an extra piece that can be attached to the back rail to hold the accessory table more firmly. It comes standard with the 21829 or as lchien said, with the router mounting kit which itself is in the accessory kit.

    This gives it a lock a lock for the back. The front lock clamp you refer to remains in front!

    Here is a couple of pictures: Lock is from the 21829, accessory table is from BT3000

      Sure. I actually am in the middle of an experiment. I am using a scrap of leftover engineered bamboo flooring. It has about an 1/8" of bamboo on the front and plywood backing. The bamboo is hard and slippery, so it may work great as a fence. But, it is also very splintery, so it may be a disaster when I try to push it into the bit.

      I normally just use 1/2" or 3/4" ply or mdf.
