I bought my BT3000 used in 2001, stripped it down, cleaned and serviced it and - blade changes and sharpening aside - it's as good now as it ever was.
I built a mobile cabinet for it and I've made literally hundreds of cabinets and other pieces of furniture with it. I've got other options (Triton Workcentre and a Jet 20" throat bandsaw), but the BT3 is my "turn to" saw every time.
