I am still using mine. It has always preformed well and done everything I Have asked of it. Now if I came across a killer deal on a unisaw I am not saying I would pass it up but it would have to be real killer

Still use my 3100 and have neither the money or inclination to buy anything else.

I'm still using my BT3100, and I don't plan on replacing it. It does everything I want it to do.

I still own a BT3000, and it has never let me down. I bought a Jet contractors saw from Costco in 2002 for $400.00 and I thought that would be my replacement saw. I haven't ever powered the Jet up. This little saw handles everything that I have thrown at it, and continues to impress me. Too bad that Home Depot and Ryobi corp. decided to end production of this saw, I think they are misreading the consumers wishes.

I am not a veteran (of the group anyway) but rather a fairly new owner of the Sears 21829. Couldn't be happier. I am much more of a "DIY'er" than a woodworker, but all of the great features outlined here have applied to me as well.

Additionally, I love the way the 21829 folds up. I have a very small shop and I keep it tucked against a wall until I need it. When I do, it is ready to go in under a minute. So far, it has retained its alignment exceptionally well.

I did a lot of research before buying it and expect that it will be the last tablesaw I ever buy.

I've had my BT3100 for a couple years now. I keep it at my cabin for small construction projects. Last project involved casing for four windows and wood trim for a hearth pad.

My BT3000 has worked perfectly since I paid way too much for it in an old Home Base store. Coupled with a Forrest blade, I see no need to change.

I'm still using mine. I liked it so much that I purchased a complete backup for it to. For the types of things that I do I really like the saw and it meets my needs well. The reason that I purchased this particular table saw in the first place was finding this forum.

                        Late in the thread, but....

My wife bought the BT3000 for me over ten years ago, and I STILL use it. I have worked with some of the other brands and they are ok, some really ok, but for the most part the BT3K is my favorite. BTW, back when she bought the Ryobi at HD, if my memory is correct, it cost $599.....

I still(after 4 years) use mine daily; in fact, I just decided against buying a Steel City when they had a $100 rebate a month or so ago. I've got mine moded to suit my needs and I didn't want to start over. My oldest son as a SawStop and it will give you a 'toolgasm' as mentioned earlier.

I use mine almost every weekend and have been doing so since 2002. I couldn't be happier and I can't see myself replacing it unless it dies on me. As others have mentioned the real bonus was discovering this site, it gave me the cofidence to buy the BT3100 in the first place.

Just to add my two cents here, I've been using my BT3100 for about 4 years now and have no desire to move to another saw for a few reasons. One, I don't have room for anything much bigger; two, don't have the money for a new saw; and three, it does everything that I ask.

I laughed when I read an earlier poster mention that everytime he thought he needed a newer more powerful saw, he just sharpened his blade again. How true it is...

I'm still using my BT3000 in my basement shop. And my back up BT3100 is being used by a friend who is installing a wood floor over at his house.
