Parts for Ryobi, Ridgid, Polar, Homelite, Polan
Art, the kit comes with everything you need like rails, clamps, directions to make it square, ... To keep you from possibly running to the hardware store I might suggest you find/buy the kit, not just the rails.
I'm new to this site, but wanted to share with everyone how to get parts for not only Ryobi, but Homelite, Ridgid, Polar, and Polan. All of these companies use a parts distributor named Gardner. They are at 877-545-4099 and your life will be better if you have the part number of what you want when you call.

Boy ya'll take the long road around. I just paste the part number in the search box in the blue bar and it gets there.
At the bottom of the page at http://BT3000.com there are links to the parts manuals for the BT3000 and BT3100.
There's a whole slew of them here http://BT3000.com/Manuals/ just search the page for the part or model number.
BT3000 Wide Table Kit http://BT3000.com/Manuals/4730300_Wide_Table_Kit.pdf
KomaToast
I did notice that KomaToast is again listing his connection kit on E-Bay -- the one with the longer steel plate with four holes. Although it may seem pricey, I believe it is well worth it. I have replaced the Ryobi set with one of his, and made another set when he didn't list the hardware. I very strongly recommend them. It has to do with the added rigidity of four bolts, rather than two.
I wanted to increase the length of the rails on BOTH sides of the saw and added 31" on the right and 10" on the left so I needed two attachment kits. I wanted them hinged so they can be lowered for moving the saw into tighter quaters during the winter. I used one of KomaToast's kits and made another kit during the time when he did not list the kit.
I copied his idea to make my own hardware for use with the hinges from T-Nuts. With the hinge in the rail bottom slot, having the four-hole steel bars in a side slot offers a considerable improvement over the two-hole version. Something to do with physics and rotational axis around two points vs four points (or I think so).

(3) measurements on the front and rear rails (length) are 53 &1/8" long.
Hope this helps.......eezlock[/QUOTE]
I have a BT3000 and the front and rear rails are 41" long also. Are the above rails for a BT3000. I would like to buy them if they are or will fit with existing nut locking system. I think the extra 12" or so to the right will be helpful. I have the extra "extensions" that are 41" and they are a pain to setup/takedown since I have limited space. I'm a newbe here, so, let me know. I'm in California.
Thanks

KomaToast"
I purchased the Right Side Miter Table from you last year and I would like to get the Left Side for my BT3000. I would also like to get the Long Rail (4 bolt) connection kit for the front and rear rail extensions. My 2 bolt system is horrible. Thanks for your help.
