China tools reviewed

This man does a nice job of reviewing tools that come from China and frequently resemble ones sold by some of the big names. I have personally bought many of his recommendations and have been very pleased with the quality.

His reviews are very nicely done and provide definite insight on usage and value for each item.

Grumpy, What is an MFT?

MFT is Multi Function Table ... the Festool table with the 20mm holes on a 96mm grid. There are now lots of metric clones and also Kreg which uses 3/4 holes on a 4" grid.

Delivery times have been excellent. Customer service for the one problem I had was excellent. I get items faster from these guys than some US sellers.

I haven’t sourced much from AliExpress since building my 3d printer about a year ago. Some parts arrived amazingly quickly while I had almost given up on others when they suddenly arrived. So as long as you aren’t in a rush, probably worth the wait. I also have a fair bit of Festool sourced from Craigslist and eBay, so quite enjoy his videos.
