Anyone own these? That looks like a pretty good deal if they're up there quality wise. At their regular price they cost more than Besseys.

i have two of the besseys, $5 CL buys. almost all of their time is spent in a tool drawer.
there's a solution to every problem.......you just have to be willing to find it.

I have 8 of the Besseys, $70 or $80 (shipped) from ebay. Like toolguy--they don't get a lot of use. Handy when i need them, but i should sell 4 on CL.

i have 5 or 6 of the Bessey corner clamps that I got for around $10-15 apiece at closeouts. I do ues them from time to time for glue-ups and stuff, they are handy becasue they conform to mismatched pieces at right angles, T's (not just corners) and good access to nail or join the corners. Also the one-handed closure is a significant advantage over the more common right angle miter clamps. The down side to me is the cost (at retail $25+ per clamp) and the fact that they are a little floppy until you get it mostly closed around your two pieces.

for some review of this type of clamp.

I've got the Bessey's, and I think I tried them once.

Those look nice. I have a set of the Jorgensons which are a different design, and I actually use them pretty often... Those look easier to use...

I don't have the one's from Peachtree that are shown here, but I do have some others that are like them but a different color. I can't think of the brand right now, but I have them and use them with no problems so far. They are
also available at HF the last time I was in there as well a few weeks ago.
