Is there a Des Moines Washington?

Saw looks nice, needs a Shark Guard for sure!

Yeah, there's a Des Moines in WA- I'm not native to the area but AFAIK, and with apologies to Iowans, the second "s" is not silent

its a Sears 22811 which makes it more kin to a BT3000 than a BT3100. It was introduced when the BT3000 was the current Ryobi model.
The shims, etc and mechanics, rip fence anodized top, and rails are all BT3000 except it has a splayed leg base which makes it look more like a BT3100.
detailed differences listing in the BT3 FAQ.

That sounds like a good price as long as it works OK.
