I can't find the link right now, but I saw that the HF 21 degree framing nailer was gonna be $49.99 on Black Friday. This is a steal.

Double check that it doesn't shoot headless nails. Most building codes do not allow headless framing nails to be used for structures.------------

I am not sure I don't prefer clipped head nailers. They hold a lot more nails and will sink the head a bit into most material. Great on decks. I have two decks and the one that was built with a clipped head nailer has way fewer pop-ups.spellling champion Lexington region 1982Comment

FWIW, I got my 28 degree nailer for the same listed sale price, minus the 20% discount... I seem to have better luck finding the 28 degree nails around here...
If I had it to do over again, I would actually consider the 6 in 1 framing nailer. Will shoot clipped, or full head nails, collated at 21, 28, or 34 deg... Should be super easy to find nails for that just about anywhere...Please like and subscribe to my YouTube channel. Please check out and subscribe to my Workshop Blog.Comment

That's the one that I have. I just usually pick up whatever nails HF has on sale. I've shot all sizes and brands through it without a single jam. You have to be careful with the HF nails. Some say "galvanized", but none that I've ever seen are hot dipped. Their "galvinized" still rust.Comment

Electro plated instead of hot dipped... Not specifically a Harbor Freight problem. Just the type of galvanizing. I bet they are fine in Arizona...That's the one that I have.
