Other than the color that's identical to the Hitachi. Taking a look at PowerTec's website now.
They appear to be a private label manufacturer for Hitachi/Porter Cable's new line/Triton. Their website is slow; but even colors match in some cases

They have built in dust collection on it. Do u think it's useful? Or any one tried this before?

Yea, I find it very useful. Sanding can throw up a lot of fine dust. Catching it before it goes airborne is the better way to go. You'll also get better sanding results as the waste material isn't getting in between your abrasive and wood.

It is a powered fan, not massive CFM but enough to inflate the bag and draw most of the light dust away from the table.
However, because the fan ports are hard mounted you do have a limit on the width of the piece you can surface sand on the belt.
