I can buy one of those for $75 almost any day of the week from CL here.

I would like to go check it out, just because of the name of the town.....

            This one's 12"
is a 12" RAS saw that common? I thought most were 8" or 10", 10 being the most popular.

While not as common as 12 -inch table saws, they were for a time out there and IIRC a 12-inch was available when I bought my 10-inch Craftsman in 1974 (an 8-inch was also available).

I think that Delta always made a 12-iinch RAS, but as with other saws, the 10-inch proved to be the most popular with consumers.

I have a 9" Craftsman RAS. Can you imagine the scarcity of choices in this diameter? OTOH, it's not being used as a RS replacement so, how much variety do I actually need?!

Just make sure it's got both AM and FM.

Maybe the radio is for remote control so you can fire it up from a safe distance and not have to worry about guards or kickback.

The location reminds of the old story where Pierre, the Frenchman, went to Indiana and upon his return was asked how he liked Indiana. He replied, "They are all messed up. South Bend, she is up in the north, North Vernon, she is down in the south, and the French Lick is not what you think it is either!"
