They have craigslist blocked here at work so I can't see the CL ad, but I assume your talking about one of the barreltop "2 stage" collectors. Delta and Cincinnati Fan make them (amoungst others).
I would personally have loved to get one of those. But a Thein separator in the drum and a cartridge filter on the outlet, and that would make a really effective dust collector IMO.-John

We use one of these on our TS in our shop at WC. I'm an instructor there. Yes, the output goes to a big bag. A little older technology but it works good as a dedicated unit and is fairly easy to empty. I'd offer a little less since it has no barrel (and clamp), and no output bag.
