    Dust collector motor. Pearland TX.

    Another Craigslist special, Pretty short on details, but it looks intriguing...
    mounts to 55 gallon druml.

    Anyone have any info on this gizmo?

    looks like you attach a filter bag to that port on the top... to catch the fines.

      They have craigslist blocked here at work so I can't see the CL ad, but I assume your talking about one of the barreltop "2 stage" collectors. Delta and Cincinnati Fan make them (amoungst others).

      I would personally have loved to get one of those. But a Thein separator in the drum and a cartridge filter on the outlet, and that would make a really effective dust collector IMO.

        We use one of these on our TS in our shop at WC. I'm an instructor there. Yes, the output goes to a big bag. A little older technology but it works good as a dedicated unit and is fairly easy to empty. I'd offer a little less since it has no barrel (and clamp), and no output bag.
