Would you be able to get ones that would work on one of the craftsman benchtop units (315.217881)? I just nicked my first set this week so I need to get them sharpened and it would obviously be a good idea to have another set. As you may have guessed I'm completely ignorant about these things. This is my first jointer.

Those have the holes in them, I only have and can only get the standard knives. Same thing on the lunchbox planers, can't get them.

I've got the Yorkcraft YC-8J 8" jointer - near as I can tell without removing the knives, it looks like they're the 8" x 3/4" x 1/8" ones. Does anyone know if that sounds right? I just want to make sure before I order.

That should be them. I'm almost positive that machine has a 4 knife head too so you'll need the 4 piece set rather than the 3 piece. If they don't work out for whatever reason, I'll exchange or take them back.

I just ordered a few sets of the STB6125625093 for my Delta JT360/37-190 jointer. Sound right?
Too bad I placed an order with Amazon Tuesday for a set of Freud knives... cost $18 compared to $11 for a set of Holbren's.

Oh, well, some spares won't hurt.

I'm showing 8 x 5/8 x 1/8 for old Delta but don't have a machine specific listing. Best bet is to pull one out if you can and measure.

Stupid question but the are the knives pre-sharpened. Also I am not sure what set would fit my 6" Jet jointer the 6-1/16" X 13/16" X 1/8" or the 6-1/8" X 5/8" X 3/32".
