A bit of both. I slept in, went to services, came home and worked in the driveway, not the shop. I was swapping in a modification to the intake manifold to bypass the coolant ducting in favor of an aftermarket machined aluminum piece instead of plastic. My OE plastic one broke and left me in a bad way...
I did some shop cleanup afterwards, but I have a LOT more to do. Specifically, where the heck is my 13mm Snap On combination wrench?!Please like and subscribe to my YouTube channel. Please check out and subscribe to my Workshop Blog. -

Its getting to that busy time of year. Lots of parties and social gatherings added to the schedule. Went out for breakfast with our kids yesterday and then back to the shop. I did finish up the trestle base I have been working on. I took a few hours to make a couple of straight edges and a pair of winding sticks. My next job will be trueing up those large live edge boards, mostly with hand tools.Jon

Finished up the prototype cutting board on Saturday.
Sunday before church, started work on a bird feeder the kids wanted--loosely based on the house on my daughter's shirt--and finished it up in the afternoon. Spent the rest of the evening making it up to my wife since she was "stuck" with the kids all day.
I cleared out some more walnut stock and didn't have to prep any material to thickness because I already had it ready. Those are my favorites! It's got plexi on the front and back. I still need to add a squirrel baffle.

Sadly, no... I checked, It's an I-4 DOHC engine, the intake attaches almost identically to the exhaust manifold aside from the fact it is on the other side of the cylinder head.
I suspect it is actually under my workbench. Which is a scary place these days. The shavings monster lives down there! Please like and subscribe to my YouTube channel. Please check out and subscribe to my Workshop Blog.Comment
