    Source of Classic Hardware

Does anyone have any suggestions on a source for classic or antique hardware such as hinges and catches (latches) for boxes and furniture? Thanks.

These are the two I see mentioned the most for antique/reproduction hardware.

Lee-Valley also has a nice selection of hardware in modern, traditional, provincial, oriental, and classic styles, some antique too. I just got their 2015 catalogs and there is quite a nice variety. (Their catalogs are online at: http://www.leevalley.com/US/home/OnlineCatalogs.aspx )

I have no affiliation with Lee-Valley except as a satisfied customer. They're service is very good.

      I hope this helps,

I was going to suggest www.RestorationHardware.com

I think its all new but classic reproductions or styles.

Restoration hardware was the one I couldn't think of! Their paper catalog is another good one to have on hand, of course I can't find mine anymore. If I'm not mistaken it has a lot of pre cut kits for tables and stuff and a big selection of pre turned parts.
