Cutting carbs WAY back, and heading into the gym more... I have got to get a handle on this...
Tonight is a cardio class and then laps in the indoor pool, Tomorrow night is going to be weights...
God willing and no injuries, I should start seeing numbers drop...
FWIW, I am down 10 since Thanksgiving...
So far I have the following schedule not counting days I can't because of work...
Monday: Light cardio / or fast walk across the office building campus if weather permits.
Tuesday and Thursday Aquafit and weights.
Wednesday: Home chores, shop cleanup, shop time if I can eke it in...
Friday, Rest day / date night with LOML.
Saturday, Cardio (45 min treadmill) then weights.
Daily. Min 30 minutes bass playing. I am trying to re-develop what I let go for a while due to busy life... Music is important to me, and I do NOT want to lose the skill. It helps me keep my hands nimble and my brain sane...
