    Craftsman Universal Drillpress table $49

P/U for free at store ,Looks to be a nice unit for the money , http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_1...0x000545&aff=Y, gets pretty poor reviews but what doesn't nowadays from Sears, use your own judgement

Came up at 47.99 when i clicked on it, 15% off for buying online. Hard to pass up even though i just built the Peachtree DP table. They've got 7 in stock local...wonder if i could sell on e-Bay for a $15 profit???

    Maybe it's true--Resistance is futile!!

It looks good, but the customer reviews are not very promising. Think that all the people who liked it did not bother to give a review?

Probably not. The few reviewers that did post trashed it pretty good so chances are better than 50/50 that it's a piece of junk.

doesn't look very likable. Too many moving pieces.
on the same page Sears pops this linked DP from woodpeckers. Didn't know Sears was selling woodpecker products. Costs 2.5 X as much though...

It's an interesting table. Looks like one that could be shop made for a lot less.

I have this table and had it for few years. Of course it is not worth $120 and I paid a lot less but overall it is usefull.
Reviews are silly to be honest. People complaining that mounting and centering the table to existing drill press is difficult or that you cannot mount drill press vise with table on. Kind of obvious and trivial, vise is for metal work while this table is for wood. Dust collection works for sanding operation with sanding drums - that is what it is supposed to be used for. Again expected that dust collection thru the bottom of the drill press table will not work for drilling. Chips cannot get into the hole at the bottom of the table when your workpiece covers that hole. Fence is reasonably stable. Holddowns could be better, they losen from vibration in use.
