    Harbor Freight?

    I ordered some chea....um...inexpensive stuff from HF. They goofed up the order. Anyone have experience with their customer service? Just curious what I'll be in for tomorrow. Not a rant, just curious.

    usually they're pretty good.
    returned stuff on one or two occasions. But haven't had to recently.

      I have only dealt with their brick and mortar store, but it seems their policies for customer satisfaction are very good. Good luck.

        I've had good experiences with their customer service. They've done exchanges without a receipt.

          I have done plenty of business with HF over the years and they have had good service. I have only done one online order from them, and didn't need customer service though...

            Follow-up

            Talked to HF customer service this morning. The gentleman was polite, answered all my questions, and will be sending out the missing item asap. Was a good experience.
