I've been misplacing tools for years, it always shows up when you don't need it. Thats why I have triplicate of many of my tools. It's always faster to buy another one than wasting time looking for it. In the end, you'll need more space to store all the extra tools which makes it easier to misplace again. It's a vicious cycle!
