I just finished up my challenge project 3 or 4 weeks ago...

I like the idea of doing it later too.

I said yes. I would like to make something and finally "may" have some time to make it. I just completed a major project and feel "Freed". I would love to do a side project for some relaxation and purpose - this forum.

If we had enough interest, would it be too off the wall to have more than 1 challenge a year? Like maybe a Cold Weather challenge, and then a Summer Heat battle or something.
Count me it to try my skills against you all.

we'd need a different challenge, like what can you make from 2 1x4 of different species... WHAT CAN YOU MAKE FROM A 3/4" DOWEL, OR WHAT can you make from a discarded shipping pallet.

I'm in. Equally busy before and after Christmas so either works for me.

9 days into this poll and only 21 real votes is telling me that even though we have 19 folks that say yes there is not enough interest IMHO to warrent a contest. If I'm wrong lets generate some interest and/or discussion.

Come on folks, we can do it! Mine will be simple and I certainly won't win any prize, but it will be handy.
