Trying to be PC, but really mean Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all. For various reasons I have not been able to contribute very much to others here (so far), but have really enjoyed reading about and seeing projects you have done, and have been saddened by your losses and beamed at your accomplishments. I really appreciate it.

I really think that PC is the wrong way to go, what is needed is religious tolerance. Here is a good example of why.
Hope all of you who are snowed in are enjoying the day with your loved ones and remember it's only 84 days until spring.
For those of you who celebrate the Winter Solstice, it officially happens at 12:47 pm EST Monday the 21st of December 2009. I suggest that you either move it up or back by 12 hours so you can dance nude in the snow and avoid that nasty restraining order business from last year.

I'm not politically correct either. We send out nearly 500 Christmas cards every year. On our list we have Jews, Hindi, Moslems, 1 Buddhist and a Wiccan family. We did have a complaint from a Jehovah's Witness one year, but we still send her a card and letter every year anyway.

Ahh!! Bill I think you are jumping the gun here. The ultimate authority on this will not declare his infinite wisdom and knowledge until Feb. 2, as to how much winter we have left.
