    Wood Magazine gloat....

I pulled the trigger....they made me an offer that I just couldn't refuse! Three years of Wood magazine plus a free book on jigs for the price of one year!
I hope this is the best $28 I spend this month.

I just got that in the mail also. I had weened myself off of "Wood" after 5 years but that is tempting.

I got that offer too, also pulled the trigger. Shopnotes and Woodsmith are my two favorites, but wood magazine ties with workbench mag as my third place favs.

I'm hopelessly addicted. I can hold out for the two years for the price of one offer, then I have to renew or I get jittery.

That is definitely a good deal. Throwing in a jig book is a plus. I might add the magazine to the ones I get...Playboy, Road&Track, Autoweek, and Soldier of Fortune.

That is a good deal. Wood Magazine is the only one I get, now. I decided to let my subscription to Workbench lapse after their recent remake of the magazine. It seems to be a home decorating magazine now. Very little useful woodworking related content. I may try Shopnotes & see how I like it.

My subscription will soon be up. Do you know if that offer is available to current subscribers or just new ones?

Is there a link to this deal on the website? Or could someone post the link from their email?

Just call them up, and tell them you need this deal that your friend got, and they will be happy to take your money .

I got the three years for one last year. Money well spent.

I agree with you on Workbench. I was totally disgusted with the last one I bought. I will look very closely on the stand to see what it is like before I buy another one.
