    Drink milk?

Having given up diet colas, I've switched to a glass of milk with many of my meals. On a couple of occasions people have asked me, "why are you drinking milk?"

    So, do you drink milk?

I really like milk, but it plays havoc with my innards now. Not an allergy, I just can't digest it anymore.

I don't drink it every day, but I love it, and drink it often.

I switched to soy milk. I like the flavor better and it doesn't wreak havoc on my innards.

I don't drink it as a beverage, but use it for cereal and coffee. SWMBO weened me off of whole milk and now it's 2%. She uses 1%. That stuff is like white water.

I rarely drink a glass of milk, but have it in cereal and on ice cream pretty regularly.

I drink it with dinner unless i'm eating out, and sometimes with lunch. I would drink it more except i don't get to the store enough. Besides liking milk, i think it sets a good example for my daughter.

I chose the allergies option assuming it includes lactose intolerance.

My dad always said, and I have to agree, there are only three things that truly quench a man's thirst on a hot day: an ice cold beer, ice water, or ice cold milk.

I've learned that I gotta agree. Sure, an ice cold Coke or Dr. Pepper are nice, but they leave an aftertaste and don't quench it, just quell it. Same for gatorade, which I actually feel kinda leaves my mouth puckered and wanting more or some water. Iced tea too. I dunno, maybe just me.

Drink milk? You mean, like, on purpose? [Pause to look for a "shudder" smilie; none found.] Nope. My mom had to practically force it down me when I was a kid, so I'm not about to voluntarily drink it now.

It's okay on cereal, and I'd drink it if I'd just crawled out of the Sahara on my hands and knees, but otherwise ... urggh.

Unbiased research has shown cow's milk for humans is not as beneficial as it has been touted to be thru a lengthy public relations and ad campaign funded largely by the American Dairy Assoc. Who would've guessed?
