Kinda interesting (to me, at least) that the % here that have selected the "I'm allergic" option (right now approx. 7.3%) is very close to what Wikipedia says is the national average for lactose intolerance (what I meant by "I'm allergic") in the U.S. (9%).Comment

Yuck
I among the low percentage that doesn't like milk. I can tolerate it on cereal, but I really don't care for ceral for breakfast, probably because of the milk. On the other hand, I love cheese, ice cream, and butter. I dislike margarines.

You should try skim milk then as Richard mentioned - it doesn't have that nasty milk after-taste and is better for you anyway.Comment

That is what my wife buys. It really doesn't matter, I have run the gamet from whole milk fresh and warm from the cow, to skim milk, the new enriched skim milk and all of those in between. I just don't like it.

Try soy milk, it isn't just for the hip latte drinkin', granola eatin', birkinstock crowd. It doesn't taste like milk, it just looks like milk and serves the same purpose.
I don't have issues with dairy products, just straight milk upsets my tummy. Its the lactose that most can't tolerate, in fact most of the world is lactose intolerant. From what I've read people of European descent are the only that are not lactose intolerant.Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work. - Thomas EdisonComment
